Martin Abbott worked in the building sector for many years as a contracts manager and spotted an opportunity to provide a property maintenance service that people would trust and return to repeatedly. In 2002 Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd was inaugurated and the building and general property maintenance company has been thriving ever since.
Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd comprises an experienced, efficient, highly motivated team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters and multi-tradesmen who are supported by a proficient and well-run administration team.
The company conducts work for all sectors - domestic and commercial to care homes and MOD sites.
Hampshire Property Maintenance has carried out the maintenance repairs for army barracks - which included out of hours emergency calls carrying out all types of plumbing works, boarding of windows/doors, locks and general carpentry works.
HPM have also carried out refurbishment works on flats in London, which consists of kitchen and bathroom installations and decorating works. Another project was for works at Basingstoke and North Hampshire hospital, the works include, plumbing refurbishment including cast iron works, refurbishment of wards, disconnection, removal and installation of new sluice rooms, refurbishment of W/C areas. including hot and cold facilities and installation of TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
