Kitchen & Bathroom. Satisfied with all aspects of the work undertaken. The company were given free access to the property and also allowed to just get on with it without asking for changes to be made. Kitchen replaced, Bathroom replaced, electricity re-wired etc. A fault was found to the ring main cable from one 13amp socket. They informed me of the cost and sent photographs as proof of need. Four minor issues have been found with the work and they have arranged to undertake remedial work within two weeks. Excellent standard of work from all trades and would be prepared to use them again.

General Work. Always polite and we were always informed of how work was progressing. They were willing to suggest alterations to the work and give us the benefit of their experience in similar projects. The office staff keep us informed of payment schedules and if people were not going to be on site due to weather conditions. Dealt with unexpected issues with a calm and focused approach which lead to some innovative solutions which saved additional cost. Highly recommended and we will be in touch for future projects we have planned.

General works for NHS Trust. HPM have been working for the Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation trust as a creditable plumbing contractor carrying out various types of plumbing and mechanical works, such as refurbishment works, new build and maintenance, new sanitary ware installations, toilets, basins, showers) and have successfully carried out alterations to the live heating systems. Their work has been varied and sometimes carried out in unusual locations/situations, where the need for patient dignity has had to be maintained, such as in live ward areas. All operatives have always been kind, courteous and enthusiastic and we would readily recommend HPM to any prospective client.

Remove existing shower tray and screen supply and fit new shower. The work was of a very high stranded and left both me and my tenants impressed with the cleanness of their work and the speed that the job was completed. The shower tray and screen were of a very high quality and the professional information and advice at time of quote was second to none, enabling me to make my decision on my next step to sorting my problem without persuading me one way or another. New porch and new bathroom. Bathroom was fitted for a disabled person, with a lot of bars, pull cords, shower to take a wheel chair, was very hard to keep clean. The new bathroom is easy to keep clean, looks amazing. Hampshire Property Maintenance LTD came and discussed all that I wanted, gave ideas and they were a great help, new porch looks good. Over the years I have had a lot of work done by this company, and I would use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Garage conversion and shower room. The work was done to a high standard by a very courteous team of tradesman. There was additional work I requested during the work and nothing was a problem. After the work was completed about 2 weeks later I had a few questions and nothing was a trouble. Done on budget with additional work priced before starting. Very pleased. I have used this company before and will continue to use for all jobs small and bigger projects.

Additional work was carried out as requested, over and above the original quotation, with a ceiling set for the total price of the work. All of the team were friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The job was finished on time with only a couple of minor snagging points to clear up. A big plus was the ease of discussion and agreement around options for the bathroom and kitchen.
